Q. What time is check-in / out time?

A. Check in 15:00~ ; Check out ~11:00 am.

Q. What amenities is there prepared in the room?

A. Nightwear, bath towel, face towel, bath mat, body towel, body sponge, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toothbrush, razor, brush, cotton, cotton swabs, hair dryer, slippers, shoehorn, clothes brush, hanger, consumption odor spray, mineral water, coffee set etc …

Q. Are there any smoking permitted rooms?

A. Yes, we have. Please confirm with us while you process reservation.※ Premium type of rooms on 11F ~ 14F do not have smoking rooms. Please use the smoking space in front of elevator while you smoking.

Q. Is it possible to extend check out time?

A. Yes. Additional fee will be charged. Also, it depends on availability. Please check with us during your stay.

Q. Can I use same bed with my kids?

A. If your child is a preschool child, you can use same bed without extra charge. There is no additional bedding etc.

Q. Are pets allowed to stay?

A. We are sorry, but only guide dogs, service dogs are allowed to stay togerther with owners.

Prices & Payments

Q. How much is the cancellation fee?

A. If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Services & Hotel facilities

Q. What time does the hot springs open?

A. 15:00 ~ 01:00am (Next day); 06:00am ~ 09:30am.

Q. Is there Sauna?

A. Yes, we have 1 Sauna in each public bath room (Female Only / Men Only)

Q. Is there any extra charge for the bath?

A. There is no extra charge for taking hot spring bath.

Q. Is there any parking lots?

A. We have 68 units (high roof only (-2.0m) 16 units included) available. Surcharge for in-house guests is1,500 JPY / night (including tax). (14: 30 ~ next day 10:30am).Reservation in advance is not possible, and it follows first come first get rules. In case of full, we will guide you the parking space nearby. (Same charge)

Q. Is there a curfew hours?

A. There is no particular curfew hours. However, for security reason, during the 24: 00-06: 00am, automatic door in the first floor entrance will be locked. Please unlock using card key to your hotel room. ※ If your check-in has not already done, please call at the intercom.

Q. Is the Internet available at the hotel?

A. We have established a free Wi-Fi and LAN in all rooms. In addition, we offer a public computer for you to use free of charge at the business center on second floor.

Q. Is there rental laptop?

A. Yes, we have. We rent at 1,100 yen per night (including tax) at the front desk.

Q. When do I pay accommodation expenses?

A. Room charge should be settled at the time of check-in.

Q. Can I exchange it for Japanese Yen?

A. We are sorry. We can't exchange money.

Luggage

Q. Do you have luggage keep service before check-in and after check-out?

A. Yes, we have. We can keep your luggage for hours before your check in and after your check out.

Q. Is it possible to send the luggage to your hotel prior to the check in date?

A. On top of the contact in advance, we will keep your luggage till your check in. Please do write down check in / out date, on accommodation bidder's name (the full name required) and send out.

※ Please refrain sending out valuables, raw things that needs to keep in refrigerator.

Q. Is there delivery service?

A. Yes, we provide delivery service(Domestic delivery only). Please confirm at front desk.
